Led by Michael Than, our team has proven track record in working with clients and contractors to deliver a range of projects. We provide the support as an extension of our design work, as independent consultants for clients, or as part of larger teams for public sector projects.

For simpler projects like turn-out replacements, we perform spot checks on critical components. For more complex projects, such as the Coca-Cola Siding Extension, we work closely with contractors with on-site support every second day. During critical work, like slab-track installation for the City Rail Link (CRL) tunnels, our site supports were as frequent as daily. Our work provides our clients with the assurance that the work meets designer or manufacturer’s specifications, demonstrates regulatory compliance, and minimises costly rework.

Our site support approach is tailored to the project and agreed upon with clients, based on industry base practice. This provides the appropriate documentation to meets regulatory and client needs.

We also provide design support during construction. This includes resolving Requests for Information (RFIs) from contractors by refining or changing designs. We manage design approvals and departures with the relevant authorities to achieve post-construction sign-offs. For instance, in the Coca-Cola Siding Extension, we resolved simple RFIs within 24 hours and more complex ones within five working days.
